The P'lets luv a bath and to be sprayed, the
budgie doesn't seem to know what a bath is...
so he is sprayed.... My old tiel doesn't like water
at all.. he only drinks it... if I spray him he is
terrified, always has been, so his spray is only
on rare occasions...he doesn't seem to have dust either..

My Princess can swim like a duck.
She manages to squeeze her fat butt (and legs) in the transparent water bowl, then starts paddling with her lil feet
The first time she did it we were in stitches lol, we thought it was a one-off but she actually does it often.
I guess it's a form of exercise
Note: the feet don't touch the bottom of the bowl because she is too fat to completely get in, and it seems like she enjoys it very much!

My birds can make me feel better after being really sad! Can anyone top that?!? I'm just kidding.

B, that is sweet.

Cuddles can fly from the first floor to the basement to land on my head (when I am in the basement). She needs to fly thru the stairway to the basement and then to decide if she needs to turn right or left. She always turns to the correct side! Maybe she is just telling me - give me my nestbox back!
I already wrote that when I removed the nestbox, I put it in my daughter's room and she found it! I found Cuddles sitting inside the box in the daughter's room. Then I hid it much better, but she still flying around the house trying to find her box. Recently I saw he sitting sadly in daughter's room like she was saying - I know for sure my box was here the last time I saw it, but where is it now??? Poor Cuddles

Chipper I know what you mean. Sometimes Trilly sits near me and looks at me. I know she is trying to tell me that she wants her nest, poor baby

DO you mean if they have access to the whole house? Not quite. They are in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen by 2 halls with no doors. So this area is certainly accessible for them. They normally don't go into the bedrooms, we can keep the doors shut but if we forget nothing really bad going to happen. Same with basement (I try to keep doors shut but I am not really crazy about it). They just have nothing to do in there, with a very rare exceptions.
They are members of the family, aren't they?
