Bella used to have similar beak (as a baby, she was labeled in my records "a black beak") but now it's gone. It's not black anymore.
I am really pleased with chick's weight gain. I don't know what I should praise (certainly not myself with failed handfeeding) but tonight they were 86g, 87g, 87g, 90g. Just a few days ago skinny Cinnamon was 78g and today she is 87g! I don't know how this is possible! With the first clutch, they stayed in low figures like 78-82g for much longer time, increasing very slowly. They eat seeds, High energy crumbles, bread, munching on greens, they even ate some rice with egg today! Is it safe for them to have? Not too early? They are around 7 weeks old.

He had it way before he could bruise it. You know, when they all look the same when they are little, and you don't know how to really tell them apart, and then some features show up that help you to tell who is who. He was a baby with the black beak, same as Bella.

Cuddles' problem is/was a soft shelled egg. Please see the Health and Safety.
