I was looking for a new floor lamp and saw this one for only 19 dollars in Menards. It
says fluorescent Full spectrum light. Would it beneficial or at least comfortable for birds? Is it not the same as featherbrite, etc?

"Full spectrum" can mean a lot of different things, and what it usually means is that it replicates the part of sunlight that falls within the human visual spectrum but doesn't provide UV light, which is the part that has special relevance for birds. Bulbs like the Feather brite do provide UV, or at least they try to. There's no problem getting the UVA output but UVB is harder to produce and the bulbs don't always deliver what they promised. Birds have a broader visual spectrum than humans do and can see into the UVA range so the Featherbrite and others like it will help them use their full visual range. But the UVB is the part that's essential for vitamin D production, and it's best to not rely on a lamp for that because they're so unreliable about producing it.

In general, if a full spectrum or daylight bulb doesn't specifically say that it provides UV, you can be pretty sure that it doesn't. This lamp will probably provide some nice bright light but it's unlikely that it'll do anything for those special bird needs.
