So cute! Is he male or female? I can't tell from the cere, because to my untrained eye, it could go either way. It has some purpley color to it (male) but also white around the nostrils (female usually). Either way, he (she?) is really beautiful. I love his color combination!

That purple in the cere screams cock to me. When the specks are that young, both sexes tend to have shiny, whitish ceres.

Steph, ok, so he's a yellowface type 1 sky blue spangle and maybe some violet? I love budgie genetics. I LOVE yellowface budgies. I love spangle budgies. I love pied budgies. I love greywing budgies. I love violet factor budgies. I could go on and on.
Anyways, to sum up, I love Sparkle. He is too pretty.

Thanks everyone... I have it on good recommendation Sparkle is a male.... I didn't want a female! He has settled in very well... Bryni is a little jealous and shows who's boss, now and again....
