I have to pay coop charges for my lot (the community is a senior citizens cooperative). The charges are $350 a month, which includes all taxes.
Then, of course, I have heat and repairs.
I love my house. It's about 1,000 square feet. It is so much more economical than a conventional house. It's about the size of the two bedroom apartment I used to live in, but much less expensive and much more quiet and peaceful. What are coop charges Diane? Before I got married I used to live in a mobile home in a park too. I loved it. I had a dog and a 'tiel and we were all snug and happy. I still miss it sometimes.

Diane, good thing you don't seem to have much tornadoes where you live. Unfortunately, in my area mobile houses are not considered safe. We never had a tornado right where I live but I always wonder what I would do with my pets if one happens right here. I can take rabbits indoors and probably try to bring birds downstairs if they cooperate.
