I'll be updating you guys on my sun conure in this thread as he grows. He is around 4 weeks. This is the first photo shoot of him/her. He is very demanding of my attention and loves eating.
That's it for now!

OH, MY!! What a beautiful little chickie. When did you get him? Did I miss something? Last I remember you were considering a conure, but I didn't know you got one.

Disregard my post on do you have a concur I see you have! Very young to come from the mother at 4 weeks isn't it? He/she looks lovely... what's the name? That'll keep you busy now, all your time will be taken up with him/her... Make sure you start training asap... don't let him get away with anything... a well trained Concur is a joy... a nasty one is hell... All up to you now... good luck...

Thank you everyone for the compliments. He has a very fun personality and loves following me around. For those who didn't see the thread I made about getting him: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2358
I can't get enough of this cutie. He is very tame and let's me lift up his wings without a problem.

Wait until you can pick him up from the hook in his beak. Obviously not right now since his beak is still forming. Conures are so smart, so I'm sure he'll learn a lot of tricks.

That seems pretty cool. How can I train him to lay down on his back? I would really like that a lot. Here are tonight's photos. His face feathers are getting more fluffy. I can't wait to see what he will look like it 2-3 weeks from now.
