Take him in the shower in a small cage 1st off... gradually take him out once he is use to the shower going... worth a try

I just provide a shalow bowl of tapwater. But my birds are not living indoors.

When it hasn't rain outside and I water the plants I spray above the aviary. Some birds come to sit in the waterdrops that come down whan that happens, others make sure they're in a safe and dry area.
