Pretty sure he's not. The bird tameness guy has a different accent, sounds like he's most likely from england, or a country on the European mainland. Brandon, however, is from Ireland. Dublin Ireland, to be exact. If he was born and raised, then I would imagine his accent is different.

Bird Tameness seems to be the work of a guy named Hani who also calls himself a parrot whisperer. It's a popular label ever since there was a movie called The Horse Whisperer, but classic "whispering" actually uses coercive techniques like flooding which aren't in good repute nowadays.

It isn't possible. Even rodents who are nowhere near as high strung as parrots still need a few days to trust you, let alone a very intelligent animal who has the capability to hold grudges on you for mistakes.

Hahaha! I also never bought what he said in his videos, it's pretty dumb. Sorry for the confusion though  . I thought that was you because of your birds, you guys have similar birds. Then I gave my thoughts some reinforcement on what you said in this topic "Training job has gotten me a lot of money", I thought you guys were the same!!!

I totally get that, Brandon. There was one video the guy posted, where he had a bird that "didn't want to be petted", and "wouldn't step up". Few seconds later, the bird goes ahead and steps up onto his finger. Then like, two minutes into the video, he's petting the cockatiel (albeit, not in a way you would even pet a cockatiel). I feel like he's not honest, in his videos.

lol Erik. If you're curious about the "training job" he's talking about, this thread here will explain it. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2482
Brandon made a website for people to contact him about training their birds. He's been going around in the Dublin area, helping those with troubled birds.

I'm glad your business is doing really good, Brandon. :) All happy customers, I'm hoping.
