Cockatiels like to scream at sunrise and sunset. Hopefully you can find her. You can also take Rocko with you so he can help find her as well. Cocktiels can hear farther then we can and he might spot her sound before you and also aid her to scream back. Bring your phone and play cockatiel screaming sounds.

Yeah I have been bringing Rocko with me ill go back out at sunrise let Rocko and Rio get some sleep and me so I can be up early to go looking.I have no credit on my phone so I have no internet when outside I did record it though so ill play it.And she most likely will be chirping with the birds outside I really hope she isnt attacked there are crows and seagulls I never knew there were hawks in Ireland though my neighbour once told me hawks do be trying to get in at his pigeons.I also asked my other neighbour who has an aviary with Canaries and Finches if Loki was out his back garden just incase she went were other birds were and she flew away at night.

It's good that your neighbor has an aviary! She has probably heard his birds before so it will be a familiar sound to her, and maybe she will fly to them. I don't know whether you've taken her outside often enough for her to recognize your house and the general neighborhood.

place the cage she is familiar with to the high position: top of the house, top of the car, etc (with food of course)

I found a good idea to make a large number of bird's photos with the word MISSING and your number. In our country pharmacies have good deals (it's rather cheap if its the basic print size), plus you have a discount for amount. Then go quickly to as many houses as you can, and leave this photo on their door/rug/etc... Don't spend time talking to people - you need to let as many people as you can know that she is missing, and do it quickly. Well, talking to people is good, but then you spend a long time talking to the people in your immediate neighborhood, while the bird could of been further away.

Good luck to Loki!

my concern is the weather. IS it still not too cold at night?
Also, I am not familiar with harnesses, does it mean she also has a leash that can tangle around trees etc? Or just some straps around her body?
it would be a good idea to include her photo IN the harness, if you have one.

Of course, post in social media and display posters on the streets.

don't give up. You need to let a lot of people know... Strange that such a remarkable bird (with the harness) got missing and nobody seen her.
What kind of neighborhood are you in? Single 1-story houses with backyards or anything different?
At least somebody should have seen her... I would offer a reward if you can.

I looked up weather in your area and it seems to be getting rather cold at night (but still not freezing cold, that's good)
Do you think she could handle this night cold?
