I'm fixated on his 2 missing toes, so Nubs, Nubby?

This might help.

He might be more willing to eat if you put the food and water cups up higher. Birds feel safer in a higher place, so he might be too nervous to go down to the bottom of the cage. Hanging up some millet spray usually works better than food in a dish, and hanging up some leafy greens or fruit will help provide moisture.

As long as you've got Rio, my suggestion would be to work with him. You can't teach him to stop acting like a lovebird because that's what he is after all. You'll still need to keep him away from the other birds but you might be able to teach him to be friendlier with you. Hormone control might help too. If he's feeling hormonal he will probably be most aggressive in his cage (since most birds consider it to be their nest area) but he might be less aggressive if you can get him away from the cage.

The Sanskrit word for mango is amra (pronounced AHM-ra). That would be an interesting name for him, in his native language (sort of).

Im not planning on keeping Rio I meant if nobody takes him is there anything else I can do.Anyway someone emailed me saying they are interested in him and will call me tomorrow.I took Rio's stainless steel dishes and put them high in Mango's cage and hung millet spray too when I was doing some training with him he flew upstairs and was eating from the cockatiels bowl also he did good in training he also flew into my mams room and fell behind the wardrobe and had to squish through the hot radiator this was after training.

I don't know what sort of local resources you have so I can't advise you on finding a home for Rio. You'll probably find someone eventually, but until then just do what you can to enjoy him as a pet. The friendlier he is, the more likely it is that someone will want him and will take good care of him.

You'd said before that he was getting aggressive with you. I'm glad that he's settled down!
