You can help keep her warm by covering one end of the cage with a towel and shining a lamp on it so the heat goes into the cage, or by putting a heating pad under half the cage. Most heating pads shut off automatically after a certain time period so watch out for that. You only heat half the cage so she can move to the cooler side if she gets too warm.
Since she seems to be stable right now, I'd just keep her at home and let her rest and recover. Going to the vet would be stressful, and there probably isn't anything else they can do with her since she's eating on her own and doesn't have any severe symptoms. If the situation deteriorates, Valley Animal Hospital at 22nd and Swan has bird vets on the staff and a 24/7 animal emergency service. But I don't know whether the avian vets are on duty during the weekend; you'd have to call and ask them. My vet is Dr Samuels at Central Animal Hospital, but he doesn't have an emergency service and it takes days to get in to see him. He's stopped taking new patients, but I'm an established patient and could get her through the door if necessary. I think there's a good bird vet on the northwest side but I'd have to ask around to get her name because I don't remember it.

It would be a good idea to keep the two birds apart for now. Lucy is stressed and weak and was exposed to who knows what kind of bacteria while she was on the loose. Her immune system needs all the help it can get right now so exposure to a new bird isn't the greatest thing for her. The new baby hasn't had time to fully build up his immune system, so being exposed to whatever Lucy may have picked up won't be great for him either.

Did the person who found her give you the details on when and how they got her?

Wow! I can't believe the luck! That's fantastic!
Keep Lucy on an electrolyte solution, water and any food you can get her. Keep her warm and to the vet ASAP.

Apparently she was in the woman's yard, and her friend managed to catch her. They had her before it started raining.
When I walked in, she heard my voice and started screaming, though her voice doesn't quite sound the same. It's a bit lower in pitch. She's already starting to feel better though, so she should be fine after a while.

Well good, she missed the worst of the bad weather. If possible, it would be a good idea to get a vet check during normal business hours just to make sure everything's OK, when the stress of the trip won't be as hard on her. Keep an eye out for parasites among other things - she's been hanging out in wild bird habitat and could have picked up some mites or lice.

I'll keep that in mind.
Right now, she's eating some Gatorade-soaked millet. I dipped the nutriberry in it too, and it fell apart. she ate it anyway, and is really starting to perk up. I'll have to make some bird bread or something for her, to help get the nutrients in her.

Sometimes Gatorade works like a magic elixir. Seriously.
