Is it really Negative reinforcement if I put a Flight suit on Mango since he isn't tame yet?
I haven't brought him out in weeks because I was told by myself it is lol.And the sun is starting to show again since its coming into Spring.He does not make a fuss getting it on and I put him in a towel to get it on since he is afraid of my hands and he does not mind the towel at all.What are your opinions?

Yes, I think it'll be very negative for him. Definitely not the way to teach him to trust you or to feel comfortable with your hands.

I will continue to not use it then and wait until he is tame.My method isn't really working well lol since the reward is me leaving the room and I think he would rather me stay lol.

Well, the reward could just be taking the hand away, even without leaving the room. I think that would be enough.
