My cockatiel's been having his head a bit 2 flat to me, looks like a square head cause his feathers are really flat :\ and today i saw he has a cracked beack, my question is if a cockatiel can crack another's. I suspect is the female cockatiel :S My ringneck is frightened of my male Pavarotti lol so it couldnt have been him.

Yes, one bird can crack another's beak, especially if one bird has a bigger, stronger beak than the other. The larger parrots can actually rip another bird's beak off. It would be best to have a vet take a look at the beak to see whether he needs treatment.
I can't comment on the flat head without good pictures to look at. Have his crest feathers been plucked by another bird?

No, none have been plucked. It looks as if he's depressed :\ just looks like a anvil fallen on his head lol just flat. like he has put gel on his head and moved his feathers down. O.o
It just seems wierd that cockatiels being the same specie being able to break one's beak without cracking their one. Thinking that they might have the same "hardness".
The female I think it's a bit "hot and cold" :\ but cracking his beak sounds a bit 2 much... just wierd.

Your male might be in pain from the cracked beak and that's why his head feathers are down. It's really best to see a vet. If the female is still being aggressive to him, it's best to keep him in a separate cage until he feels better and she starts behaving better.
A beak can be cracked when pressure is put on it in a certain way. It's like our fingernails - they're usually pretty tough but if you hit the nail in the right way it can tear.

I think he's just acting gloomy 'cause he was doing it before he got his beak cracked. It seems to be healing very well and he seems happier. I mashed some veggies today for him to minimize pain eating. I'll just have to keep an eye out. But you know young lovers xD
