Once in the past I took my daughter and her neighbor friend to the park. The girls were 4 and 5. I didn't notice how it happened but at some point we saw that my daughter's friend is holding and playing with ... a dildo! (not sure what word you guys familiar with but this is the word that I remember) Adults were very confused (it made it worse that her parents were not around) and it wasn't easy to convince the girl that she had to get rid of it immediately.

I'm confident that there's no one here under the age of 13 so it's OK. I figure that the average 13 year old knows as much or more about this stuff as I do, so I don't worry about corrupting anyone who's crossed that threshold.
