Very well. In what seems like a deliberate attempt to limit entries, the theme is GLOVES: Your bird sitting in the same shot with a rubber, latex glove. Up to five entries per person. I will not be entering.

I'm not deliberately trying to limit entries. If you don't want it, go change it. I'm not forcing you to do anything.

Two people said they liked it. Hopefully those people will submit entries so there can be a winner at the end of the month.

I still don't get why you won't be submitting. It almost feels like you are being passive aggressive. I didn't do anything wrong. I don't understand why there needs to be beef against anyone.

Whatever. I didn't enjoy the forums like I used to before anyways...There's more positive places to be in life anyways...

I won't be entering because I know perfectly well how much my birds would freak out if I tried to make them pose with a rubber glove. I'm not going to do that to them, and I hope no one else will do it to their birds either. If your bird is comfortable being close to a rubber glove that's fine, and if you can get a picture with a rubber glove visible in the far background it will technically meet the requirements of the contest. But let's only have pictures of happy birds please, not birds who are intentionally being frightened or stressed for the sake of a picture.

It seems to me that the best way to restore pleasantness to the forum is to abandon this thread and start all over again. This is NOT the March photo contest thread any more, folks. There's a new thread for that!
