I'm sorry but that doesn't sound normal. Is she eating normally? Do her poops look normal? Does her behavior seem to be getting any better or worse?

This might be a situation where you ought to see a vet. But if that's just impossible, there's one thing you can do to help her. Heat is good for sick birds, since their body doesn't have to work so hard to keep itself warm and can focus on healing itself. There are a couple of easy ways to provide heat:

(1) cover one end of the cage with a towel or cloth and shine a lamp on it, at a distance where the heat from the bulb will enter the cage but it's not so close that it starts a fire. The purpose of the cloth is to keep the light from glaring in the bird's eyes.

(2) Put a heating pad under half of the cage. Most modern heating pads will automatically shut off after two hours so you might need to keep checking it.

The reason for heating only half the cage is so the bird can move to the cooler side if she gets too hot. If your budgie loves the warm side then you're helping her out. If she stays on the cool side then maybe she isn't sick, and you can stop giving her supplemental heat.

I just noticed some reddish stuff under Sunshine's wings like as if those red things are feathers the red part isn't getting worse so is it blood? The red stuff is about a cm or a bit less than that. What illness could that be?

Thanks, I'll try that! so should I get a lamp and put the light on top of the cage like half of the cage, the cage always have 3 pieces of thin cloth on it to cover the cage at night well we cover 2 sides the front and side.

I can't really say without a picture. If it's a bright pinkish red it might just be a patch of bare skin - birds aren't feathered as heavily in the "wingpits" as they are on the rest of the body so it's normal to see some bare skin in that area.

Sometimes when birds are scared (especially during a night fright) they will thrash around wildly in the cage and knock some wing feathers loose. When this happens it's very common to have some bleeding on the wings at the point where the quill of the big flight feathers attaches to the body. If it's a fully grown feather the bleeding will usually stop pretty quickly and won't cause any more problems (although the feather will probably fall out before long). But if it's a blood feather you might have to pull the feather out before the bleeding will stop.

Okay she isn't tail-bobbing anymore well not frequently. So she isn't sick well at least I don't think but I noticed this little red feather under both wings. Could that be blood? I can't examine closely because she isn't tamed yet and I need to get millet sprays in a small bag not too big. So yeah.

If it was a bloodstain it should have changed color to a rusty brown by now. Budgies don't produce red pigment so red isn't a natural feather color for them. It would REALLY help if you could post a picture. I know she isn't going to pose for an under-wing picture, but if you could get an adult or two to help hold her you could gently stretch the wing out and inspect it.

If she has some kind of dirt or minor irritation under the wing, giving her a mist bath might solve the problem. You get a spray bottle and set it on mist, then squirt the water up above her so it falls down like rain. With untame birds it usually works best to do this in the cage (take out the paper and the birdseed first), and if you do it in a room with a tile or linoleum floor (like the kitchen or bathroom) it will be easy to wipe up the water afterward. If your birds haven't had a bath like this before they might be unhappy about it, but birds naturally bathe in the rain so they should eventually come around and start spreading their wings and fanning their tails to catch the drops.

Like this:

Some birds like to bathe in a bowl of water:

This is a pineapple green cheek conure that I babysat for a couple of months. He was really funny when he took a bath, like he thought he was a fish.

Nope it's still red and today while she was stretching out her wings I saw that it was BLOOD STAIN!!! it's like a little puddle but only a little was shown under the wing which tricked me. :bang: I also noticed she isn't that vocal now so I'm pretty sure she's sick but I need to find out where I should put the new cage Kaylee will be in.

PS The photo you took of the bird taking a bath really looks like a fish in first glance! XD Maybe he was a fish in previous life.

Can you please give me some tips on taking an untamed budgie out of the cage to clean the blood!

So is Kaylee a boy or a girl?
