Last night, I noticed Kaylee's white cap has a bit of black things on it so i'm wondering mites or pin feathers.

Similar to this but more black "dots" and they're like in a row.

and right above her cere is a little bare , but a bit reddish

It's probably pin feathers. I can't see the black dots too well in the picture, but she has some very obvious pin feathers, and back in the days when I had budgies I remember a similar thing happening when they were molting. Indoor birds are unlikely to get mites, it's birds in an outdoor aviary that are more at risk for this.

Thanks for the information!!!! :thanks: .
Yesterday, I found out that Sunshine is like Kaylee ( attention) so he jumps onto the front perch and wait. But it's probably because of Kaylee for his shyness which is a result of Kaylee threatening him when I give him something.
But then, it's also because of Kaylee that he learns some things aren't dangerous and give treats. For an example, Kaylee was the one who encouraged Sunshine to eat out of my finger.

I found out a new behavior they do once a while: so they jump onto the grate then start pecking at the poop or other stuff down there. :?: They did that this morning too.

Eating poop is a sign of a nutritional deficiency, usually B vitamins. If you sprinkle a little brewers yeast on their food it will help solve the problem. It's available in vitamin shops and also in the vitamin section of a lot of grocery stores.

Okay, no wonder when they poop on the perches Kaylee usually will try to eat it after it's solid.I go get some!

Yikes! Sunshine has been losing some progress somehow: nervous when I put my hand/finger but will eat/drink out of my finger most of the time though, and is scared of the stick!
Kaylee made some progress, but is still biting sometimes .

If you're patient and working with them in a gentle way that rewards the bird for interacting with you, Sunshine will come around again. Maybe someone else scared him so he's more nervous now?

It's possible that Kaylee will never stop biting completely, but if you try to avoid doing things that scare or annoy her you can at least reduce the frequency of it.

I still couldn't find out what was terrorizing Sunshine, but he did improve today (then lost it when I do that hand position so he could step up.
Very good news is....: Kaylee stepped up my finger about 10x I was soo proud of her! After that she started biting , I guess she was getting annoyed so I ended the session. And they went to sleep, so I went to watch TV with my brother.
