OK, I need help ASAP! I'll explain the details later!

I emailed my psychologist how I was feeling yesterday and he called my mom immediately, he was telling her exactly what I said to him and then my parents came to me and told me that I'm not going to that school again. But then he called my mom today and told her that if my mom doesn't take me to a hospital he is calling the child service. So my mom is trying to explain to him that I was like that because of school and that's it's being handled but he still isn't listening.

I think they are coming to my house very soon I'm so scared! They are going to check my body and they will see the cut on my arm. I only have one cut. Someone told me that I should say that my bird did it but the cut goes all the way up my arm for then to believe its true

What should I do? Please help me ASAP!!!!

He is a psychologist. He is supposed to listen and give advice. It's his job. I am not an expert in writing how I would help in words, so unfortunately, I may not be of much help. What would happen at the hospital? Is it a stay or just a check up?

Honestly, you know it was the school causing your problems, so now if you don't have to go, it will relive you of your troubles. And he doesn't believe you? And I wouldn't lie about the cut. Blade cuts are distinct, they would be able to tell. Lying at this point would make it worse.

I didn't cut with a knife, I used to scratch myself until my arm turned red but I was overwhelmed yesterday (before I emailed him) so I scratched myself that it actually gave me a long "cut"

I hope this isn't too late to help, I just got home. I think it's best to just tell the truth, it's easier that way and you don't have to worry about being caught in a lie. The psychologist is probably legally required to do this so don't blame him. Scratching your arm because you're frustrated with school isn't in the same category as seriously trying to kill yourself so the most that's likely to happen is that they'll give you an exam and maybe keep an eye on you to some degree in the future. They aren't going to lock you up or take you away from your parents, and you're finally out of that school now so hopefully the problem has been solved. There might be some frustration during the process of settling into your new school or whatever other arrangement you make, but it probably won't be on the same scale.

Thank you! We are done talking.
My parents are looking into virtual school. I have always wanted to be homeschooled. My parents don't really want me to go to public school because they know that I'm a little gentle and that people will walk over me.

It would be worthwhile to try that at least for the rest of the school year. Transferring to a new school in the second half of the year is tricky, because the final exams will cover what was taught all year at the new school not what you did at the old school, and there might be some catching up to do. If you like the virtual school you can stick with it, and if you don't you can look at something different to do in the fall.

Your parents want you to be social too though. Being social is a good thing but it's easier to do at a real school than with home school. But with home school you can set your own schedule, and can do some kind of outside activity that will bring you in contact with people.

I am way too late now, just wanted to say do not lie about the self harm. It's more common than you might think and unless you cut yourself in particular spots or very extensively they will only do a psych assessment which in any case is a good idea. Nobody is gonna lock you in a padded room ;-)
I hope this is gonna turn good for you Baruch, you deserve a break and staying away from that school seems to me a good beginning.
All the best of luck, I will be watching this thread like a hawk so please update it!

Too much pressure is put on you to pass exams ect. all I will say is the more pressure you feel under the more down you may be. I know its not worth causing yourself harm over. I did not do to well in school and got so anxious when exam time came. but later after I left I managed to do part time studying at my own pace and passed every thing that I took. Your birds will need you as well to be their for them. I am glad that you have talked with your doctor as I am sure just telling some one face to face helps. I just wish your parents know how you are feeling at times so they can give you their support and love.

Kids didn't only use to make fun of me. Last week when I was at that school I was getting a snack from my locker and my classmate came to me and said "I'm going to rape you!" He said it multiple times and each time he said it he came closer to me. But he said it for a joke... 30 seconds later he came back and he said " I'm going to f*** you!" Also multiple times (jokingly)

Also, there are kids that always slap me in the butt, I yell at them to stop but they don't listen. They also snap in my private area (without touching) but both of them are for a joke but I don't think it's joke

My cousin also put me on the floor and used his legs to spread mine! He didn't touch me in the private area but he meant it in a perverted way.

THAT was what my experience was like at that school. Thankfully, I'm going to public school in 2 days :D
