What beautiful birds! I'm curious, does your cockatiel have a bald spot? Because I have a whiteface lutino too, and she's definitely bald on top. Her regular-lutino sisters are much better covered on top.

I was told a true lutino will have a bald spot when I was at the bird fair and was gonna buy one.

Bald spots are fairly common with lutinos but they don't always have them. My regular lutino girls don't have bald spots, although they might be a little thinner on top than the other birds. Baldness is basically an inbreeding problem, but it's not as much of a problem now as it used to be due to better breeding practices. Nowadays they recommend that you don't breed lutino to lutino (including the whiteface variety) to help maintain a healthy genetic variety. So if someone wanted to breed their lutino hen and get lutino babies, it would be best to pair her up with a male who's only split lutino. You won't get as many lutino babies that way, but the ones you do get will have less risk of baldness and other genetic problems.
Whiteface lutinos are less common than regular lutinos so I haven't seen as many of them. But I get the impression that bald spots are more common on the WFLs.

I don't thik mine does, But she also has spots where her feathers didn't come in because her mother over preened her.
