They are amazing, so grown up! The feathers look like velvet :)

Do they make any sound apart the usual baby noises?

Yes! Cockatiel noises! They are so stinking cute when they are trying to chirp. It's very high pitched and cracked because they are trying to learn it. I'll try to get a video. They chirp when they get excited. Flapping wings on the perch is one example, photo time is another :)
