I wish I could find one on how to make cholla perches, because I have cholla all over my yard. The problem is getting the woody skeleton (the perch material) out of the the cactus. When the cactus flesh is allowed to rot off naturally the wood becomes very brittle, and I don't know how to safely get the flesh off when it's fresh.

I was curious about the Leather Elves, since it sounds like the kind of place where you'd buy accessories for taking a walk on the wild side. But they actually have some pretty nice bird toys!
