It's amazing how fast they grow, isn't it? Keep an eye on the new baby to make sure it's well hydrated. The parents typically feed a thicker, drier food mix to older babies than to hatchlings, and they skew their 'home cooking' toward the needs of the oldest chick. The youngest can end up not getting an optimal amount of liquid. It's possible to assist feed some liquids if you dare.

Thank you for all your advice, it is so appreciated!! I will watch for hydration, and happy to see when I got home from work that the smallest one has a full crop. I don't know how to assist feed, and have been reading at this age it is not easy. I worry I would aspirate the little one. Will keep you all updated, and any more advice along the way will be greatly appreciated. So happy you invited me here.

The greatest tip I can give you is feed the baby very slowly. I lost a baby due to aspiration.

Thought I would post an update. I took mom out of the cage about 4 days ago due to plucking. Daddy was feeding up till yesterday. They were losing weight, and I could start to feel that long thin bone down the chest. I pulled the babies this morning, went to the local bird lady, got some formula, syringe, toys, millet, and she gave me some pointers on how to feed. I came home, and each took about 3cc's. 2 hours later, all of them took about 5cc's. All crops look full. I can't remember how much I am supposed to feed each time. I am also thinking 3 feedings a day. I am attaching pics of the babies now, and their set up I came up with.
