Oh mine will live his full life. Some budgies even die because of their size and they easily have heart attacks it happened to me and I learned from that (It wasnt my fault though)

Even the petite size is not small enough for budgies, let alone parrotlets (I've checked). They don't make harnesses that small. However, according to the flight suit chart on the avian fashions website, THEIR petite size will fit a parrotlet. The chart is in alfabetical order, which you can view here. You can also try and measure the bird, and they will make one to fit the specific measurements. http://www.flightquarters.com/bird-diap ... chart.html

The only harnesses that I've seen that were on a parrotlet, that were the actual aviator brand, look big, awkward, and uncomfortable on the bird. I would recommend a flightsuit, because as Jan says, it would be very hard to put one on a parrotlet, because of their size. Not only that, but since parrotlets are high energy birds, I don't think you can get one to hold still. You would basically risk strangling the bird with the harness.

I think it's possible, but be careful. Why would I need to sew it if theres a size for P'lets. His cage is set up and all I got him a colourful swing and a ladder too.
